Message from the Pastoral Council Chair (Constant Mews)

A sincere welcome to newcomers to our parish, also to visitors, those returning after a long absence, and to regulars in our community.  The Pastoral Council thanks the large group of volunteers who contribute in one way or another to making St Carthage’s the stimulating community that it is.  The parish is engaged in a process of renewal, following an important parish survey, as outlined below:

Sun 27 July deadline for expressions of interest in a planning group  and for standing for Pastoral Council

2 Aug 11.00-1.00 working bee  in and outside the church

Sat 2/Sun 3 Aug Fr Tony Kerin to present thoughts about the future of the parish at 6pm/10 am masses.
Sun 17 August Parish Forum. Discussion of implementation plan and call for involvement.

If you have thoughts and suggestions, or a particular skill that you can contribute to the parish, don’t hesitate to get in touch with the Parish Office (parkville@cam.org.au)

God bless and hope to see you some day in joining our welcoming community.
