Confirmation 2023 – God’s Promise Fulfilled
As with the Blessed Virgin Mary’s “Yes” to God’s Will, so it is that the Seven Gifts were bestowed upon the six Confirmation Candidates as they professed their faith here at St Carthage’s, Sunday 13th August 2023.
This was clearly evident as they participated in the celebration with anticipation that did not disappoint.
Heightening the experience was an encouraging Fr Joe,
Our keen and supportive teachers, Mary and Tim
our lively and inviting St Carthage’s music group,
and a full church to boot!
Our Candidates left, as we all did, with fire in their bellies and confident that the Holy Spirit just might give them Strength, Courage and all its promised gifts after all!
